Careers Fair
Please help support the HGS Careers Share Initiative
As a school we are committed to ensuring our students are well prepared for their next steps when they leave school. Whatever path taken all parents and carers can inspire, educate and encourage young people. Through sharing your knowledge, networks and experiences gained on your career journey you can make a positive impact on our student’s motivation, attitudes, and grades. With your support our students will be able to make better and more informed education and career choices.
We would like to be able to offer various activities during the school year to students including:
- Mock interview days
- Assembly talks
- Workplace visits
- Work experience opportunities
- Careers Fairs
- Speed networking events
- Support of curriculum lesson activities
- Virtual workplace insight
- Virtual career story sharing
Careers Fair - Thursday 21 November 2024 - 7pm to 8.30pm
Are you able to help?
Our Careers Fair has been well-supported by local and national employers as well as a wide range of Higher and Further Education providers in the past.
We would welcome any parents/carers who would be willing to come and support the Careers Fair, either as an individual talking about your profession or by representing a business or company on a stand.
If you have would like more information or are interested in supporting the Careers Fair then please contact Mrs Hinkins on hinkinsj@hgs.rklt.co.uk
