Toby Eastaugh - Trust Appointed Governor

Toby began teaching in London in 1988, working in three secondary schools before moving to Yorkshire in 2005. His senior leadership experience in Wandsworth shaped his commitment to leading schools in challenging contexts. From 2005 to 2024, he served as a headteacher of three Yorkshire & Humber schools before retiring in March 2024. He has developed extensive knowledge of school governance and continues to support leadership development through NPQ facilitation and coaching with the Ambition Institute.
