Year Managers

Year Managers ensure that excellent pastoral and academic support is provided for year groups in order that all students are able to achieve success.

Each Year Manager heads up a team of Form Tutors and provide leadership, support and advice.  Year Managers also work effectively with Faculty Leaders and other colleagues in the school to support excellence for all.  Each Manager oversees the implementation of pastoral care within the year group.  This includes ensuring the smooth running of parent consultation evenings and other school events.  Year Managers help to foster a climate of high expectations, excellence and mutual respect across the year group and across the school.  They organise and deliver some assemblies, including Rewards Assemblies.  Each Year Manager has a passionate belief in the ability of every student to achieve.
