The HGS Marvellous Minibus Fundraising Campaign

In a typical year a minibus covers 12,000 miles, enriching the experience of children from all year groups and without them, school life would be severely impacted.

We are reaching out to our school community to ask for your support through one of the following:  

• Make a donation today.  Our aim is to raise £12,000 through a crowd fundraiser - £1 for every mile the bus travels. Every £1 goes towards our total, so if you can help, we would really appreciate it. Just click the donate button on our Crowdfunder page.
• Support a PTA event. PTA events will be held throughout the year, all of which contribute to the fund. If you bought a ticket in the Christmas raffle this kick started the fund with £1,300 and if you came to the quiz, this topped it up by £2,000. A massive thanks to you all. 
• Spread the word. Share our HGS Marvellous Minibus Fundraising Campaign on your social media pages and tell the Harrogate area to get behind us! The more people we reach, the more support we will get.
• Local businesses. Reaching out to any contacts you may have that will help with our campaign, whether that be for a sponsorship opportunity, or match funding. We will give you a shout out!
• Fundraise for us. If you want to run your own fundraiser – maybe a sponsored activity or similar – use the 'contact project' button at the top of our Crowdfunder page to let us know. Setting up your own page only takes a few minutes and you won’t need any bank details. Just a fun idea!
