We would like to take this opportunity to explain the procedure for levelling work across all languages at Key Stage 3 at Harrogate Grammar School.

Important information for Year 13 students and parents/carers regarding A Level Results Day

You will be aware that, as part of a National dispute, the NUT is taking action on Thursday this week.  We will be operating as usual on this day although there may be some classes that are not able to be taught by their normal teachers.

Students in years 9 and 10 participate in enrichment on Wednesdays period 6.  The enrichment options process for 2014-2015 is currently being launched to those in year 8 and 9.  This is an exciting process with a wide range of options to appeal to everyone.

You will be only too aware that the Tour de France is coming to Harrogate on the 5 July and that significant disruption to transport is expected.

Following many successful trips to the Christmas Markets in Cologne over recent years, we are looking forward to repeating this opportunity for any student in next year’s Year 8.

We are requesting that if it is your intention that your child/children attend the Yorkshire Show, then they should do so on Tuesday, 8th July.  We must insist that any child attending returns the reply slip and is accompanied by at least one named adult.
